Fallen is a floral fruity fragrance that launched in 2022 under the previous name of LabHouse Perfume. Founded by Macaul Neenan and Mirian Shechet, each fragrance is formulated in-house, from initial concept to filling the bottles, in their studio in Exeter, New Hampshire. It features top notes of green apple, Italian lemon and celery; middle notes of lily of the valley, concrete, rose oil and jasmine sambac; and base notes of Amber Xtreme, sandalwood, patchouli, Cashmeran and cypriol. From their website: Green apple and forged petals collide with petrichor, purity corroded in a garden of electric earth. This scent was inspired by the idea of a fallen angel. Not the drama of it, but the shift. The moment light meets earth. The opening is built around green apple. Crisp and bright, almost luminous. It gives the fragrance lift and clarity, something weightless at first breath. Then it descends. Petrichor and damp earth pull the composition downward. The apple becomes less innocent, more grounded. The contrast between clean fruit and wet soil creates tension that carries through the wear. Fragrantica: "This was the first fragrance I experienced from Vøyde. The scent was was alluring from the straight from the opening. A bright fruit notes supported by the florals in the fragrance. On my skin to my nose this fragrance evolves beautifully into something spectacular. I highly suggest looking further into the house of Vøyde."
