AERIN Tangier Vanille D'Or was launched in 2017, inspired by Morocco, a rich, golden take on the original AERIN Tangier Vanille. This is more amber than vanilla, so if vanilla perfumes are often too sweet, this is more in the vein of Diptyque Eau Duelle. An oriental vanilla with notes of Madagascar vanilla, Italian bergamot, black plum, Bulgarian rose, saffron, myrrh, cashmere wood, crystallized amber, tonka bean and sandalwood. Fragrantica - (the original Tangier Vanille) "So this is like, lost cherry and CK Obsession had a baby, but a good, quiet, well behaved baby, not a screechy, loud, unruly baby. It's a more wearable version of both. Softer than both. The dry down is a tart cherry and vanilla. I don't know why I get such a big cherry note but its there."
