This. Perfume. Is. *Spectacular*
I'm in one of the most serious, most fun, debates with myself ever regarding perfume. I'm not sure if I most crave Hermes Faubourg 24 or Alexander McQueen My Queen as a Rich Lady scent!
My queen has a deep, rich earthiness, and as I wanted to describe it as smelling like "purple" for some reason, I see in another review that it has iris and violet in it. It's amazing how that translates.
My Queen has a good sillage to it; it's discernable at about 5 inches, so not overwhelming to others around you, but it makes a mysterious impact. As I am handwriting notes, I notice that the trace of perfume from my wrist has rubbed off on the paper in a very pleasing manner ... it would be great as a little love mote, a small personal mark.
At 20 minutes, this scent is still going strong, I hope it'll last well through at least six hours so I can convince myself to buy more.
Essentially, this perfume makes me happy ... I find myself sniffing at my wrist to enjoy it again.
I'm enraptured by it, so singing its praises!
