Crunching through dead leaves, past fir trees, barefoot in the dirt. Collecting wormwood for arcane rituals, swirling nag champa smoke in the air. The Hermit has notes of wormwood, balsam fir, dirt, dried leaves, nag champa, sandalwood and oakmoss.
Andromeda's Curse perfumes are handcrafted, small batch vegan perfume oils made with high-quality essential and fragrance oils blended into fractionated coconut oil.
Etsy: Caitlin from Red River Apothecary here letting you all know that this scent is probably the most beautiful woodland blend I’ve ever smelled and I’ve smelled A LOT. It’s literally perfect for Autumn. As a perfumer myself, I can recognize a good scent right away and this is far and above. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Hermit y’all!!!! I really cannot say enough good things about The Hermit. Amazing job, Amanda!!!!!
Etsy: This is my absolute favorite. It reminds me of my favorite spot in the woods. I put it on and close my eyes and I am instantly there. The perfect destresser.
Etsy: This is such a lovely, earthy perfume. It's deep and dark and evokes a long walk in shadowy woods. One of my favorites!
Reddit: This is a very aquatic after the rain smell, like Tempestarii. Where it differs from Tempestarii, is that this one is a very only dirt/grass garden after the rain, so forest witch. This makes my heart sing. 10/10, heavily recommend
Reddit: The initial blast of this, wet is... NOT pleasant. It's very interesting, but it's a little too realistic- a little too musty, a little too... rotten. But, once that fades away, it's a lovely warm scent that maintains the dirt and leaves without being full 'possibly mildewed basement'. The moss and balsam adds a subtle sweetness, but overall it retains intense, moist, forest-y-ness. If you're looking for something extremely realistic in this department, and aren't afraid of said realism, this is amazing. It's a gorgeous scent if you can survive that first assault of dead-leafy-ness.
