BDK Parfums Impadia was released in 2025 and lands in the Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance group. Inspired by the Parisian gardens, this is a place where the scent of all the flowers blends with the city. This fragrance is rose and more rose and black vanilla creamy base. The notes include bergamot, mandarin, pear, Bulgarian Rose, Turkish Rose, African orangeflower, Akigalawood, Vanilla Absolute and sandalwood.
From the nose behind the scent: "My intention was to create a fragrance that expresses beauty in its purest form. The starting point was an irresistibly addictive blend of Bulgarian and Turkish roses, each petal whispering tales of sensuality. I enhanced this accord with the richness of Vanilla from Madagascar and harmoniously interlaced it with a mouth-watering creamy Praline to add a delectable sweetness." Jordi Fernandez

Fragrantica - "Just received mine and OMG what a beauty! BDK never fails me, and this is likely number 3 of my 6 that I own! It smells to my nose like Guidance and Delina had a baby...That said the top is spicy, fruity floral, but the dry down is where the magic happens! It's smooth and vanillic with the roses hanging around for the duration! I do get some oud, but it grounds the fragrance and keeps it from becoming cloying and sticky sweet. I think if you love Delina the OG and/or guidance you will love this! Lastly I am unsure how this will perform in extreme heat but as a rule of thumb...you will need to go light on the trigger regardless! Gorgeous heavy hitter!"
Fragrantica - "The pear, the rose, the vanilla… delicious! This is sweet but not cloying, sensual but not overtly sexy, and oh so potent. It is still going strong at the 7 hour mark, with the roses singing in the background. Impadia has dethroned Initio’s Atomic Rose and Penhaligon’s The Coveted Duchess Rose, becoming my all time fave rose fragrance."
Fragrantica: "Take the tartness away from delina and the sourness from guidance, in the very dry down, throw in some pear and and some extra sweetness and this is what you have. At first when I ordered and then read the reviews I was somewhat disappointed to have another fragrance that might be too similar but this is smoother, more fresh but does have a slightly more gourmand element. Delightful and it can easily make a signature fragrance. Performance wise, I would say moderate projection but fantastic longevity."
Fragrantica: "At the start there’s a juicy mouthwatering pear framed by citrusy freshness and a vibrant orange hue. It smells very cheerful and delicious! After a while a rose emerges - to me it’s soft like a rose in full bloom, velvety and refined. Gradually sandalwood joins in giving the fragrance a smooth and enveloping creaminess. A light note of praline adds a gentle sweetness and a slightly milky warmth, but it doesn’t push the scent into a gourmand direction - everything is very delicate and well-balanced. However, Akigalawood adds an interesting twist to the overall composition, namely a subtle spicy-woody note that gives the fragrance character. Overall, the scent comes across as pleasant, feminine, and elegant — perfect for everyday wear!"
