By Kilian Old Fashioned released in 2024 and is rumored to be a reissue of By Kilian Single Malt, originally an exclusive release to Harrod's in London in 2015. It is very similar, but there are some differences in notes between the two - no plum in this one, and they have added davana and immortelle. Created by Sidonie Lancesseur, it is an homage to whiskey with notes of wheat, davana, cedar, immortelle, styrax and tolu balsam.

Created in collaboration with perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur, Kilian Hennessy wanted Old Fashioned to evoke only the purest and finest whisky: a single malt, that is, a liqueur cultivated in a single distillery, and aged to perfection with a richness of at least two decades, according to the best Scottish tradition."
Colognoisseur review of Single Malt - "Single Malt starts off like a typical fruity floral as plum is the first thing I notice. It is a restrained plum not juicy but maybe a day or two from being fully ripe. It is restrained but it is a sweet fruity beginning. What comes next is a rich wheat absolute. This is the core upon which Mme Lancesseur will build her whisky accord. Right away the plum seems to be wrapped up in the wheat and altered. The clean woodiness of cedar and the resinous quality of tolu begin to refine the accord. Then the last piece, vanilla, comes and just like the way a drop of water releases the best single malt the vanilla zips all of this together into the promised whisky accord."
