Byredo Blanche Absolu was launched in 2025. The original was inspired by skin and fresh sheets, and this is a more intense formulation. A unisex floral aldehyde with notes of ambroxan, aldehydes, neroli, rose, black pepper, jasmine, violet, musk, Cashmeran and Cashmere wood. This is the absolu.

Founded in 2006 in Sweden Byredo perfume's creator Ben Gorham (former basketball player) wanted to create perfumes of quality while keeping their production in Sweden. Gorham had been fascinated with fragrance much of his life. When he meet Pierre Wulff, a perfumer, Byredo came into being.

I loved the original Blanche - but this is Blanche on steroids and the Ambroxan and Black pepper are playing tricks on me and giving me a more concentrated Blanche with a twist of incense. I like incense and this feels like Byredo Blanche and Les Liquides Imaginaires Sancti made a baby; at least initially. Then it gradually gives way to the beautiful aldehyde drenched sunlit white linen dancing on a washing line. I close my eyes and I smell clean and white laundry. Perfect for warmer weather or when you want to smell squeaky clean all day!"
