Creed Millesime Imperial is a marine, citrus fragrance favored by the world's top entertainers, both male and female. It is inspired by Sicily and Italian fragrances featuring notes of citrus and sea salt. The word Millesime is a designation that means that the best crops from a particular year's harvest were used in the creation of the scent. Notes of fruit, sea salt, Sicilian lemon, bergamot, mandarin, Florentine iris, musk, woods and marine notes.
This fragrance is in the Woody Floral Musk fragrance group. We are decanting from older version clear bottle that is from 2009. There are some differences between this bottle (clear) and the current (gold) bottle versions.
from bestmenscolognes - "Millesime Imperial is a crisp and clean cologne which is beautifully constructed. It reminds me of a summer day spent along the coast, as it is warm, inviting, and almost juicy in its presence. The dry down period subtly shifts from the abundant fruity notes to the more marine or oceanic side of things, which reveals a certain masculinity to the scent."
from dapperconfidential - This site rated best of Creed and Millesime Imperial was given Best Overall. "It is crips, clean fragrance with fresh fruity notes and a touch of musk that create a classic fragrance."
from fragrancewar - Pros - soft, salty, fruity and mostly oceanic aroma. Suitable for formal and professional. Suitable for summer, especially for people who love the ocean. Cons - sillage is a bit weak.
