Rose Pacific is a floral aquatic that launched in 2026. Created by David Seth Moltz, it features top notes of apricot, Pacific spray and Persian lime; middle notes of wild California rose, California poppy and avocado; and base notes of peach, vanilla musk and fine sand.

It’s a vision of pink salt spray roses by the Atlantic coast. Roses-by-the-sea is a D.S. & Durga staple. California and the grand Pacific are big sources of inspiration for Kavi & me—a pair of East Coast kids. The flora of Cali is endless enchanting. So too is the sea, the cities, the mountains, the architecture, and the history. We repainted our sea rose with distinct West coast textures. It is fruitier, green, and sweeter than its cousin. Also reminds me of your friend's mom who is an artistic 55-65 yo who has a really nice garden - beach side house. Santa Barbara. Divine. It also reminds me kind of like the beach nautical cape cod section of home goods BUT the avocado - we are in my sweet sweet california. Thank you DS Durga. The day is warm but there’s a sea breeze that makes riding a bike feel so much easier. You’re get a rose milk tea boba with vanilla salt syrup and sip it while looking at Instagram and decide to cross the street when you see the magazine stand has a new issue of your favorite art magazine. Your sister texts you that she got a peach donut from the donut man. You decide to buy her a rose milk tea boba if she buys you a donut. She meets you up while the weather is getting cooler and enjoy your feast, and someone drives by playing La Vie en Rose by Grace Jones. Actually? Ignore my entire fantasy and just play La Vie en Rose by Grace Jones. That is what this fragrance smells like. A life of romance and pleasure, happiness and joy. D.S. & Durga please. I beg you to make this a permanent collection. I cannot live without this beautiful fragrance."
Fragrantica: "Lifetime Californian and there’s something about this that’s very emotional for me. It smells like the Central Valley in the heat, grass baking, smelling my grandmother’s rose bushes, eating a farm peach. Not strong for me but might be FB worthy because this is summer nostalgia bottled."
Fragrantica: "This smells like drinking a creamy avocado smoothie with fruity rose syrup on a sunny day in Los Angeles. It’s a lot creamier than I expected, but it’s not stuffy or lotion-y. At one point, it smelled a little bubblegum-like on me, but that was brief, and it dried down into the vanilla and musk. The rose and fruit notes stick around which is nice. Gorgeous and very well blended!"
Fragrantica: "Hey this is beautiful. Much more stereotypically sweet rosy floral than Rose Atlantic, but still in a way that does not feel stereotypical. One of the more girly perfumes I've seen from DS&D but still firmly within the vision and brand of the house. Gorgeous absolute win."
