Dolce&Gabbana is the multi-million dollar fashion house created by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of Italy in 1982. The two met in 1980 and collectively presented their first women's collection line in 1985 in Milan. A year later, the pair opened their first official store.

Their brand expanded into two adult lines catering to men and women: Dolce&Gabbana and D&G. Along with adult fashion comes a children's fashion line as well called D&G Junior. The lines consist of apparel, shoes, jewelry, watches and sunglasses.

They launched their first perfume, Dolce&Gabbana Pour La Femme, in 1992. Following the women's perfume came the male version, Dolce&Gabbana Pour Homme, in 1994. In the late nineties, new fragrances were added to appeal to the younger customers. The D&G Light Blue Series was created in the late nineties and early 2000s and is amongst their most successful fragrances. Starting in 2006 with D&G The One, numerous fragrances in this line were released finishing with The One Sport for Men in 2012.  Dolce&Gabbana fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Nathalie Lorson, Max Gavarry, Olivier Cresp, Stefano Gabbana and Rodrigo Flores-Roux.

Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue for Men won numerous awards in 2008 including the Fifi Award for Fragrance of the Year - Men's Luxe, Best Masculine Fragrance of the Year in Italy and the UK "Best New Fragrance Commercial".
