Description

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea was released in 1999 and is a classic tea fragrance that has been having a bit of a renaissance on social media.  Created by Francis Kurkdjian, it has notes of lemon, bergamot, mint, orange peel, rhubarb, jasmine, oakmoss, musk, fennel, carnation, white amber, green tea, celery seeds, caraway, and cloves.

From the brand - "The body and hair mist is made to add shine to your hair and provide an aromatic way to destress your body. It contains biotin, niacinamide, and peach flower extract. Selena Gomez, the founder of Rare Beauty, describes it as a blend that's bright and fresh yet also warm and cozy, expressing her fascination with it."

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Reviews

Fragrantica - "Brilliant for layering (with literally anything that needs ‘lifting’) . Lovely woodsy, musky dry down."

Fragrantica - "Green Tea smells like “hope” to me. Fresh, uplifting, positive, just all the spa vibes. It is one of the few bottles I have emptied in my lifetime."

Fragrantica - "Green Tea is a classic oldie-- I keep coming back to it. This is a clean scent, perfect to spritz on after a shower, but longevity and sillage are terrible. Re-sprays are common with the Green Tea line. Given the sharpness of the lemon and bergamot notes, I prefer to spray the original Green Tea on my top, not my skin. My body chemistry doesn't always like citrusy notes-- they turn sharp and headache-inducing (though I can spray the Mimosa and Lychee directly on my skin)."

Fragrantica - "Been wearing since I discovered this when I was 19 (around 2010-2011). My signature scent that everyone knows me by. Words can’t describe my absolute love for this scent, but if I had to pick some words… clean, fresh, young, vibrant and happy. Yes I can agree that it doesn’t last for very long, but because it is so fairly priced I have no qualms with reapplying throughout the day. In fact, it almost serves as aromatherapy for me. I have tried many other “tea/green tea” scents and still nothing will ever compare to this. Every time I spray this on me I get the biggest smile and instantly feel better. Bury me in Green Tea and I will die happy"
