I wanted to love this...
I really wanted to love this scent, but I don't. On my skin it smelled like sweaty gym socks and rotten grapefruit, which was SO disheartening because I wanted a lovely grapefruit scent!
GuerlainAqua Allegoria Pamplelune was created in 1999 by Jean-Paul Guerlain and Mathilde Laurent. It is a refreshing citrus over patchouli, sandalwood and vanilla fragrance.
The full listing of notes is grapefruit, lemon, bergamot, patchouli, sandalwood and vanilla. It is an eau de toilette, edt.
From Influenster - "Delicious, classy, sophisticated smell. I have repurchased this bottle many times. I get so many complements whenever I wear this perfume."
From Luca Turin - "… without question the best grapefruit fragrance ever, and has that magical quality, typical of perfectly conceived and executed fragrances, of being much more than the sum of its parts… Laurent married grapefruit… with an intensely pink floral accord and somehow gave it durability and that elusive quality of radiance: the ability to project an accurate image of itself at a distance. A sunny masterpiece.”

This is a refreshing grapefruit/citrus fragrance. It's perfect for warm and hot weather. I am very surprised that the grapefruit lasts for hours and never really fades away. Usually citrus notes disappear quickly. I'm going to hunt up a bottle or get a large decant and spritz away this summer.

This really is a great grapefruit perfume. I never thought I'd be saying this about grapefruit but Pamplelune is a fun warm weather wear and it really lasts on my skin. I am thinking of getting a large decant or even a full bottle.
This was a nice scent that I think would be good for spring & summer. I don’t love it enough to buy a bottle though.
This could be my all-time favorite fragrance: citrus, fresh, rich. My only complaint is the scent doesn't last long at all, which occurs with most perfumes on me. It's probably just body chemistry. But I do absolutely love it.
