Reddit: Really smells like Swiss Miss hot chocolate powder and rich caramel. Very heavy on the hot chocolate powder smell but it is good! Very realistic foodie scent.
Reddit: Initial Sniff: This is straight up liquor in the beginning - strong, mahogany colored alcohol with barely a trace of any brown sugar or chocolate. There's a tiny background of something that might be chocolaty and sweet but the bourbon dominates. It's almost as strong as sticking your head in a bottle of it and is very pungent. Drying Down: There's a milk chocolate feel to this with a good balance of sweetness whilst the bourbon is more subdued and swirled in; it feels rich and deep. I can clearly envision a glowing mahogany colored liquor. The brown sugar almost adds a maple syrup type feel whilst the bourbon is bright, slightly deep and lends a touch of complexity. To me this doesn't quite smell like a hot chocolate but more so a syrupy liquor filled milk chocolate. There's pops of sweetness that reminds me of brown sugar crystals whilst the bourbon balances everything so this doesn't lean too far in the alcohol realm and too far into the sugary realm. A few Hours Later: The bourbon is even more subdued with the dry down and makes this quite wearable. Initially I was terrified of this being too boozy for day time wear but everything balances out quite quickly. This wears a little closer to you than projecting out far to others and the longevity is fair. The bourbon note endures throughout the whole wear and I would describe this still as more of a sweetened bourbon filled milk chocolate with brown sugar crystals. I would say this is partially work appropriate but still would lean more suitable for night time due to the bourbon.
