Hexennacht Winchester Mystery House is based on Sarah Winchester's (widow of William Winchester of the Repeating Arms fortune) beautiful haunted home (one of the Top 10 Haunted Places) in San Jose, CA. This fragrance features notes of vanilla, fireplace embers, aged cedarwood, dark patchouli, sandalwood, amber, gingersnap cookies and clove. It is a parfum extrait.

Reddit: The patchouli, ginger snap, clove, and embers are the most prominent wet notes, and the most prominent notes on the dry down are the cedarwood and vanilla. I honestly didn't really like this scent at first, but after a few days of resting I found that it smelt a lot better, and I actually ended up really liking it. It's very long lasting and I think really complex. I will probably full size this in a few months. 4.5/5
The Scenturion: In the bottle: Oooh this is good. It’s like smoky gingersnap cookies with a dusty woody background. On the skin: I’m getting smoky patch and gingersnap cookies. Its very warm and there is definitely some spicy clove in there too. I like that. And then…it morphs and becomes cedarwood heavy and dusty.
