Description

House of Bo Bombon was launched in 2024, centered around gourmand florals. Created by Honorine Blanc, it has notes of lily of the Valley, litchi, saffron, caramel, marshmallow, bergamot, pink pepper, cognac, ambergris and birch. House of Bo Bombon is an eau de parfum, edp.

From the brand - "Seductive – Fiery – Lustrous An addictive masterpiece for the flirtatious at heart. This highly sought-after masterpiece is a tantalizing interplay of contrast; a hedonistic journey through self-indulgence that will allow you to fully experience the art of seduction. Delicate, crisp blooms are embraced by unexpected decadent notes which are then grounded in a sophisticated base of white woods and cognac. These mouthwatering moments reveal the ultimate game of unrestrained desire and pleasure. With this fragrance, Bernardo wanted to pay homage to the seductive characteristics of his favorite flower, Lily of the Valley. "BOMBÓN celebrates unapologetic pleasure with provocative floral notes that are carefully glazed in sugary green facets and then soaked in the finest XO cognac." — Bernardo Möller, Founder & Creative Director of Bō

House of Bo is a US fragrance company created by Bernardo Moller.  About Moller - "Bernardo Möller is a 38-year-old perfume enthusiast that resides in the heart of Latin America’s haven, Miami. Born to an Italian-American mother and a German-Mexican father, his multicultural upbringing in Mexico was filled with memories centered around scents. From the woody scent of Roble Trees in the Mexican forest that surrounded his home, to the tanning oil his mother would wear while vacationing in Sayulita by the Pacific Ocean, scents were as essential to his story as the supporting characters were to his life. Bernardo began collecting perfumes at the age of 13 and today his personal fragrance archive includes over 500 scents that tell his most intimate stories of love, heartbreak, and adventure. His passion for fragrances took center stage the day his father unexpectedly passed from COVID-19. Inspired by his father’s spiritual teachings of living an authentic and purpose-driven life, and his love for architecture and design, he began to create a sublime line of fragrances with renowned master perfumers in hopes to inspire the world."

House of Bo Bombon Review

Fragrantica - "The gourmand notes, though, what I was most excited for, is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoy it even with the lily of the valley in the background!! If these middle notes were the entire fragrance all the way through... wow, I would be buying a full bottle right now. Even the cognac and birch coming through are bringing this rich and unique depth to these sweet notes that I realllly love. I can't believe how much I really dislike the opening, versus how much I LOVE the middle and base notes :/... I mean do people often buy fragrances they have to tough out the top notes for?? Definitely a unique fragrance. It's beautiful overall. Maybe I can fake out my gourmand-hating family when I use this, lol."

Fragrantica - "This is a beautiful fragrance. So complex and rich. I would not describe this as a sweet fragrance despite the notes given. To my nose I smell a fresh, green, floral combo. It’s gorgeous and morphs as you keep smelling it. "

Fragrantica - "Sugary, fruity, green, floral.  Along the lines of Bond No 9 Greenwich Village. Very similar scent profile. Sweet gourmand notes (caramel & marshmallow vs praline), juicy litchi, and fresh white florals. Had both, ultimately enjoyed Bombon more and gave Greenwich away. Bombon feels smoother, and while it’s just as strong and bold, it’s less dense and oppressive."

Fragrantica - "I wasn’t interested in this fragrance at all but someone gave me a sample and months later I tried it on skin in the heat. The opening on my skin is heavy caramel and some citrus. It reminds me of D&G Devotion. The dry down is a really sweet saffron that lasts and projects forever. The saffron and ambergris make it reminiscent of Baccarat but not really similar enough to confuse them. "
