Lattafa Qaed al Fursan Reviews

Fragrantica - "Love this. First spray was not that well received. Let it sit for a week or two and the harsh edge came off and you just get sweet juicy pineapple. As others have pointed out, it's not a fresh pineapple, but rather syrupy. Layers well with other fragrances for a bit of interest. I've worn this with TF Lost Cherry and with Bitter Peach. I like the Bitter Peach vibe for that fruity hit and the TF adds that powdery note that this is missing. Longevity is around 6-8 hours and dry down really tones down the sugary sweetness."

Fragrantica - "One of my most recent pickups, to my nose its super simple. Smells like pineapples in the opening, then turns to a very very inoffensive scent that literally anyone can put on any day and wear with confidence. This is my new dumb reach fragrance, when nothing fits the outfit etc."

Fragrantica - "This fragrance could just be renamed “if Aventus had oud” because that is what I get to my nose. Yes there is pineapple but it’s not just pineapple and the pineapple to me is equally balanced with the oud and wood note. The fragrance does open synthetic but that goes away fairly quickly with the dry down. The scent that settles in after about half an hour is not overly complex but I wouldn’t call it extremely simple either. It’s actually pretty well mixed and balanced to get an oud note playing well with the pineapple and a little sparkle from the amber. It has an element of clean skin scent that other houses have been able to achieve playing with softer ouds. It reminds me of some of the earlier batches of Aventus that were highly sought after because they took on a darker DNA. I haven’t smelled that in years and years now but that’s what my mind went to.
