Liquides Imaginaires Sancti Reviews
Fragrantica - "The myrth, frankincense, rosemary evoke memories of Catholic cathedrals, it's impressive yet with the citrusy notes that follow this mystic blend, it becomes also a comforting, pleasant perfume. On me, it is quite noticeable, and also feels ever so spicy, which is a very welcomed noted by myself. It is one of the more complimented perfumes in my collection (which does sometime irk me as I personally prefer other's) - but goes to show that it stands out"
Fragrantica - "The most wearable and unique church scent I've tried... i have to say Masterpiece"
Fragrantica - "This perfume is like a portrait of Frankincense, in watercolor- most likely built on a transparent but diffusive base of our favorite materials - Iso E super, Cedramber (spiky ambery cedar), Galaxolide (and other clean/white linen-like musks), Cashmeran (quite prominent here), Ambroxan. The Labdanum used here is the pyrogenated kind, called Hydrocarboresine, that's probably used in every Incense perfume - brings that terpenic, resinous, smoky aspect. Even the Patchouli used here is the "clean" type - probably Clearwood or Patchouli-light or maybe just Patchoulol- completely devoid of it's natural dirty aspects but brings a cold, camphoraceous facet to the base and is quite diffusive. Sancti is quite airy, & soft - wears quite close to the skin, after a short diffusive burst in the beginning - but is quite persistent on my skin. Lasts many hours - more on fabric. It's fun, and easy to wear especially compared to the heavier incense perfumes out there. As a wearer, I absolutely love it - but as someone studying perfumery, the thought process behind creating something like this gets me even more excited."
