Description

Maison Martin Margiela Replica Up at Dawn was released in 2026, capturing Windsor 2025. Notes of earth, pink pepper, elemi, rose, ambrette, orris, musk, patchouli, moss and Cashmeran.  Maison Martin Margiela Replica Up at Dawn is an eau de toilette, edt.

From the brand - "Up At Dawn by Maison Margiela is described as a floral woody fragrance inspired by the scent of a rose garden at daybreak. The composition focuses on the freshness of roses touched by morning dew, combined with gently spicy and resinous nuances. Pink pepper, elemi and an earthy accord introduce the fragrance with a bright, slightly peppery impression. A heart of rose, orris and ambrette brings floral, powdery and soft musky tones, while patchouli, moss, cashmeran and musk in the base create a woody, mossy and smooth drydown that recalls the atmosphere of lush garden greenery."

Replica by Maison Martin Margiela is the reproduction of familiar scents and moments of varying locations and periods.

Maison Martin Margiela Replica Up at Dawn Reviews

Fragrantica - "Think garden soil still cool from the morning, soft and dark-brown and still holding onto the ground before the day has risen. Not dirty, none rooty, simply the damp ground behaving itself beneath your garden boots. It's quiet. The air is pale. It's still outside—you're awake before everyone else. The roses you tend to are more dampened by the atmosphere than drenched in dew, which is nicer somehow. Less picturesque. More real. Like the flowers, you sit out in that bluish early light, single stalk in your hand. There is just enough softness all around, and for a moment you almost find the ross edible—not really, obviously not, that'll be silly—but oh there is just that faintly delectable plushness to those petals. Mixing with cool air, your breath blurs at the edges, intimate against the bloom. The flower fragrance, albeit close, is lit from underneath by musky warm skin even while the untouched bench and moist peat exhale cool dawn. You inhale. The petals drink. Neither the birds, the wind nor the sun have left dreamland yet. And neither have you."

Fragrantica - "Smells like a memory of a romantic meeting of a lover in a rose garden at dawn. So gorgeousssss":

Fragrantica - "Love at first sight. A gothic misty English garden at dawn. Dark gloomy aesthetics. Red roses and secret meetings. Very similar to my beloved Stella, but this is more mossy and earthy. Stella is more jammy, ambery and sweet. I agree with MistAurora's review that it's Stella back from the grave. With wet soil. A darker Stella. I'm in awe."
