Description
Dark Rum is a refreshing reinvention of a traditionally dark and spicy aroma inspired by bay rum. It is inspired by the Old World bay rum first used by sailors traveling through the Caribbean and later popularized in barbershops. Sweetened with ripe plum and crisp bergamot, notes of leather, rum and creamy milk are blended into an intoxicating mix that is both alluringly warm and fresh. It captures the essence of long days spent in the tropical sun and late nights with friends.
Dark Rum features top notes of bergamot, plum and anise; middle notes of leather, rum and vanilla; and base notes of patchouli, amber and milk. It is an eau de parfum, edp.

Fragrantica: Dark Rum is a lovely deep, warm, creamy, plum scent, it is sweet but not overly sweet to my nose, and never gets cloying. I get hints of something spicy like rum wayyyy after it’s dried down, and the dry down of this is just delicious. A few people saying it doesn’t last? I can honestly say I didn’t have the same experience, it lasted me all day. It’s wonderful and I got two compliments on first wear.
Fragrantica:Dark Rum is sweet right out of the bottle, but the sweetness is restrained or tempered somehow...maybe the rum? Although, I don't get much rum in this. Hands down, the best thing about this scent is the drydown: milky, leathery fruit. This is soft, wears close to the skin, kinda sexy. It's addictive. I can't stop smelling myself when I wear it and it smells much more expensive than it is...makes me feel fancy.
Fragrantica:A Plum Bomb! I was hoping for a darker more boozy scent.. the opening is very bright and a tad soapy.. The plum note is very very dominant which is very nice.. I get a touch of leather once it settles down.. The one note I was hoping for was the rum but it’s very minimal.. Not saying there isn’t a boozy quality to this, there is, it’s just not very noticeable.. One reviewer questioned if this wasn’t meant to be called Dark Plum.. The milky accord is there doesn’t come off weird or anything.. I find this to be unisex right down the middle.. It’s nice, clean, and fruity.. Two thumbs up!!
