Mancera Red Tobacco is a unisex fragrance that launched in 2017. A potent spiced tobacco, it has notes of saffron, cinnamon, incense, nutmeg, white pear, green apple, oud, patchouli, jasmine, tobacco, amber, guaiac wood, sandalwood, Haitian vetiver, Madagascar vanilla and white musk. Mancera was created in 2008 under one of the largest perfume distribution companies in the Gulf States – Al Athar. The creators of the Montale line of fragrances also played a role in the creation of Mancera. As an Arabian perfume company their fragrances feature heavily in notes such as aoud, saffron, rose, leather and resins.

Super high quality, strong performance red tobacco fragrance unlike any other. I have Carlisle and there's a point in the fragrance journey where it does smell like it but it changes so there's no worries about it being a clone or anything like that. They are very different from each other and this obliterates Carlisle in scent. This is top of the line perfumery and whoever created this is an absolute savage."

Then the sweetness comes through stronger as the hours go. I get a hint of leather for some reason, and I love it."

If you were to judge this fragrance solely based on what you see people saying about it, you would assume this is a very harsh, challenging fragrance. while this fragrance may have somewhat of a harsh opening, once it settles it smells divine. creamy vanilla with woods/spices and a hint of tobacco. Performance is very good. Sprayed it last night and can still smell it on my arm this afternoon (14+ hrs), and that's after taking a shower. to be quite honest I dont think it projects as much as it lasts, might have to test it more. I will admit, I do have a screw cap bottle, and I have heard that Manceras fragrances are stronger in those bottles as they are pre-reformulation batches. Also, if you are a big fan of Carlisle by PDM or Triumph of Bacchus by Argos, this smells very very similar to both. Crazy enough, I actually like it more than both those fragrances, It just keeps getting better and better as it dries. Overall, this fragrance is truly amazing, and for the price, its an absolute no brainer. you will not regret purchasing, and I might even say that if you are a fan of this scent profile, or of carlisle/bacchus, you can totally blind buy this. If the opening is enough to turn you off, then please just give it a moment and it will shine."
