Mancera Xplicit Vanilla is a unisex fragrance that launched in 2018. Created by Pierre Montale this is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance with notes of Mexican Vanilla, dark chocolate, brown sugar, Cambodian Oud, Astralian sandalwood, cedarwood, tonka bean, amber and benzoin.
Mancera was created in 2008 under one of the largest perfume distribution companies in the Gulf States – Al Athar. The creators of the Montale line of fragrances also played a role in the creation of Mancera. As an Arabian perfume company their fragrances feature heavily in notes such as aoud, saffron, rose, leather and resins.
Fragrantica - "I received my bottle today and I absolutely LOVE this scent! I'm totally into gourmand, sweet fragrances and own quite a few vanilla perfumes — but this one really stands out. It's not your typical vanilla scent; it's sweet (with a hint that reminds me of Red Tobacco), but the combination with the sandalwood creates a beautifully balanced, rounded fragrance. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's a unique kind of vanilla — definitely not overpowering. I keep catching myself smelling my wrist because it's just that enjoyable!
If you are into vanilla perfumes, I totally recommend it!!"
Fragrantica - "Xplicit Vanilla opens with a smoky Vanilla and creamy chocolate accord. Not as sythethic as you'd expect it to be, but the vanilla and chocolate compliment each other very well.
I sprayed a total of 5 times. Twice behind each ear, twice on the front of neck, and once in front of my chest. The longevity is very good, it lasts approximately 12+ hours on my skin.
This fragrance projects great with about a 6 ft radius for the first few hours before it turns to a skin scent after 2 hours.

If you like gourmand, oreintal and vanilla/chocolate scent mixed with some warm woody accords, you will grow to love this scent for sure. However, due to its potency and gourmand scent, specifically with the chocolate and vanilla combination, it's not a versatile scent, nor a safe blind buy. Highly recommend you to try it if you can!"
Fragrantica = "To me this is somewhat similar to vanille fatale from tom ford. Smoky vanilla is what i get. I will say it isn't very strong to my nose. It's possible I'm going instantly noseblind to it. 8.5/10"
