The dry down is also a lighter citrus vanilla with a hint of floral. Like a lemon cake. I layer this with original Ani or Oud Satin Mood and I have stalkers behind me asking what I’m wearing. Fragrantica - "Ani X is a beautiful vanilla-sweet scent with a lovely burst of lemon. You'll love lemon and the sweetness of melon, too. I like it and I'm not a fan of fruity fragrances, but it's very well done. I like to enjoy a fragrance that is elegant with a good fruity emphasis. For a mild summer, it's playful. It's still a wonderfully sweet, citrusy delight (much like the original Ani, with less ginger), and even now has more sillage than its older brother. I could own both; they're both sweet fragrances that I'd enjoy a lot. I watch Ani X during the day and Ani in the evening, during some summers. If you're scared of the "minty" Ani, the level is much lower in AniX."
