Equistrius is named for Marc Antoine Corticchiato's (founder of Parfum d'Empire) racehorse. This wonderful and exciting fragrance features notes of orris, violet, rice powder, chocolate, ambrette, sandalwood, vetiver, and grey amber. It is an eau de parfum, edp.

    Pretty

    I liked this perfume a lot but I didn't love it. It is softer than I expected and reminds of musky rice pudding with a faint dab of chocolate. I love "makeup" scents and Equistrius does have that vibe, The longevity is about 3 hours on my skin. It is a beautiful scent but too expensive considering it's longevity.
