From the brand - "Castley expresses the perfect balance between luminous freshness and spicy energy, reflecting a vigorous man always on the move. Breezy citrusy and mineral notes, contrast with rich spicy Timut Pepper, ambery Labdanum and noble Akigwalawood that unveil an intense side. A vibrant fragrance, embodying intrepidity and confidence with a unique history, shaping the trail of a bold ascent."
Fragrantica - "Castley really is a mixture of so many different facets from popular freshies that it becomes unique in and of itself. Of all the fragrances in the "Reminds Me Of" section here, I think Castley is most similar to Blue Talisman, Ultime, and Sedley, respectively. If you take a bit of the akigalawood and citrus of Blue Talisman, amp up its Ambrofix note and shift it to the masculine side, add the fresh ginger feel from Ultime, and keep the classy blue mass-appealing base from Sedley, you'd essentially have Castley. Additionally, Castley's far drydown is essentially the exact same as Sedley's."
Fragrantica - "On the first sniff, I immediately thought, "This is a Louis Vuitton Imagination dupe" and, while it is very similar, it does have it's differences. First, it's a bit more masculine than Imagination, which I consider to be unisex. In this fragrance, I definitely smell the ginger and bergamot, but it also has a peppery note. If I had to compare it, I would say it's a mix of Imagination and Sedley, with an added pepper note that gives it some depth and makes it stand out."
Fragrantica - "This smells fantastic on my husband. Most citrus fragrances he uses don’t last long at all, but somehow this one sticks around. The dry down is where it’s at, though. The superior ingredients really shine in the dry down, especially the woodiness."
