Description

Multiball is a woody aromatic that launched in 2023. Created by Alie Kiral to celebrate Pearfat's first anniversary, she wanted to create an ode to the thrill of pinball as arcades are her happy place. So grab an ice cold glass bottle of cola and shimmy up to your favorite game as you enjoy the fragrance of the sticky sweet waxed floors of an arcade; bells and chimes signaling your high score, and a sip of cola. Multiball features notes of lime cola, patchouli, sparking metal and waxy cedarwood. It is an eau de parfum, edp.

PEARFAT PARFUM MULTIBALL REVIEWS

Reddit: Sticky, stale Coke on a tile floor that gets mopped every day, but that smell always stays. A hint of lime in your Coke as you order food from the counter of the roller rink. The long liquorice you could win with your tickets from the games you played during your friend's birthday party. A little spicy, sweet, and nostalgic. Dries down to something that's surprisingly wearable and inoffensive. Definitely a transportive, imaginative scent.

Reddit: This smells exactly like a somewhat stale, sticky lime cola on the floor of an arcade. I’m unsure how wearable it is for me because it’s so realistic but it’s interesting. I tried it again when I went to the movies because it felt like a similar vibe, and I actually kind of love it. It’s like a slightly atmospheric, non super sweet gourmand. At first 3/5 but second time maybe 5/5 I’m really glad I gave this another shot!

Reddit: The concept of this scent has been zipping around in my head like the pinball it's based on. It's why I wanted to try these at all. There's immediately a fizzy effect, cola, sweet wax. Boyfriend winces and says, “Is there, like, a butter smell in there?” and leaves the room, because it smells bad to him. But it smells so good to me. I want to spray it all over myself. I am not getting the metallic I expected, but the fizz is so pleasant; it's more like the sensation of bubbling than an actual scent. I get the tiniest whiff of patchouli, but it’s more atmospheric than an easily placeable note; it creates depth. I smell lime soda and a bit of chapstick. Boyfriend sniffs again, furrows brow, and says, “like movie theater popcorn butter.” I don't smell this, but noted. The scent is at once synthetic and earthy. Empty plastic cup from a slushy, lipsmackers, teens in line for a roller coaster. I do start to get a bit of a burnt smell as it dries down more. A faint toasty marshmallow smell that might be what my boyfriend was smelling. It clashes with the initial notes in a somewhat unpleasant way. I find the change sort of confusing and actually wish this was more linear, because I don't really like where it ends up. I was also hoping for more metallic. However, again, perfume is very mysterious, because this is my friend's very favorite scent, and they have mentioned the metallic note being the star.

Fragrantica: Clean, mineralic, earthy, bubbly coke. I was on a hunt for a cola fragrance, and tried many, but this is the only one that scratched the itch without being cloying. A very well balanced fragrance, not too sweet, not too synthetic, not too dirty, it all works very well together. One of my favorites from Pearfat.

Fragrantica: Haha I couldn’t wait for this to be added onto fragrantica’s website, and here i am thinking I’d be the first reviewer but two others beat me to it within the first hour of it being up. Pearfat Parfum’s line is fantastic through and through. Really transportive. I quickly became a fan and Multiball is such a banger! I love lime A LOT, and this earthy gourmand is so woody and sticky sweet like if a lime jolly rancher existed and it got stuck to the wrapper melting in the pocket of your hoodie while you’re in junior high pulling an all-nighter at an arcade. It’s such a waxy weird vibe and I’m here for it.

Fragrantica: Like you spilled a can of coke on your laptop. The hot metal/electronic smell is incredible.

Fragrantica: Let's talk about the cola. This takes cola and breaks it down into two distinct notes. I get the cola spices (vanilla, cinnamon, etc.) as a hot herbal tea note -- Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice to be exact. The citrus elements of the cola are another distinct note -- I would call it an aquatic cola, with an icy fizzy lime note, almost like a cola aftershave (not gross, I promise). Then I get the distinct scent of an overheating 90s PC Tower (also not gross, I promise). Hard beige covering up that humming processor, warm breath of plastic and metal, whir of a fan, while you're snuggled in a blanket in the family computer room after dark in 2001. So cozy I could fall asleep, soothed by the hot tea cola. But then boom, I get a whiff of cola two: the invigorating city lights at night cola. The play of hot and cold in this is amazing...warm techno-nostalgia and sexy cool lime coke.

Fragrantica: Aptly labeled as an earthy gourmand, it has an effervescent cola note that has such a zing it makes my teeth ache. The metallic note is so slight and is reminiscent of overheated electronics. sticky sweet with an earthy base. Perfect for Spring!!!

Fragrantica: What f’in magical witchcraft is this?! Holy crap this is weird but nostalgic, and so good! I don’t think I would have tested it if I hadn’t gotten it included in my sample pack — I mean, cola notes and metallic notes sound like something that would clash and scream on my skin, yet I LOVE it! Haha! First thought when spraying, I got more lime and thought it smelled like a freshly mopped and waxed roller rink 25+ years ago. Then it became sweeter and somehow developed into this smell that reminds me of being a sticky child who spilled my soda all over myself but never bothered to wash it off, then went out to play in the park. Carefree, fun, summertime. Life back when I could eat a Happy Meal without thinking of my doctors warnings about my cholesterol. This scent somehow smells exactly like I remember smelling and how I remember my friends, cousins, and little brother smelling between the ages of 7-10, before junior high bullying forced us to wear the same noxious cheap body sprays that all the other kids wore lest we get teased for being different. Who knew the sweet sweaty clean gourmand scent of my youth was cola… I’ve tried a few scents before that came off like root beer (l’interdit rouge) but none smell like this. I honestly don’t think I would have known this was a cola scent. It makes sense when you smell it but I’m not sure others would make the association if they blind tested. It comes off as sweet, fun, and playful. I also think it smells a little bit like a lip smackers flavor I had in the 90s, but less synthetic (the Dr Pepper flavor, anyone?) Super unique, I highly recommend! Added to my wishlist! I must own this!

Fragrantica: This one is so fun! It opens with a slightly herbal and powdery patchouli smell and a bright and juicy lime. The Coca Cola starts to come in and it’s pretty sweet but feels balanced out with a good amount of spices. This doesn’t feel like a freshly poured cup or a cold can, but more like a flat cup of coke, bc it’s got that syrupy sweetness to it and a lot of warmth. I could even compare it to Coca Cola gummy candies. As the scent develops you get those metallic notes and it’s so hard to describe but it really does smell like a pinball machine, like a metallic machine with soda spilled all over it. The dry down smells a lot more woody and the sweetness is toned down with a bit of earthiness added in. This is such an interesting scent but it works so well.
