No one perfume can really fit all the moods and occasions for most people. Scent can lift your mood or bring out your inner flirt. It can be simple, restrained for office wear and weddings, or it can be big, sending sillage out behind you like unfurling scented streamers as you walk by.
Playful, serious, sensuous, there is a perfume for every mood and occasion. You don't need them all, but having a few go-to basics that you love, supplemented by some special occasion perfumes, is the perfect way to start.
Building a perfume wardrobe takes time and exploration. With the thousands of perfumes available - classics, niche, indies, modern - it is a maze to find your way through and hope to come out clutching a couple of new favorites. Visits to the department stores often result in salespeople shoving off their favorites on you, and too many of them smell the same, or you buy one that smells good when you put it on, but find when you get home that you really hate it after 15 minutes.
This sampler is designed to help you through that maze with samples of some classics (must-smells) as well as niche Brand, indie Brand, natural as well as modern perfumes. You can sample these at home, spend time with them, see how they wear. Some perfumes can take 2-3 tries before you decide if they are for you or not.
This sampler covers the white florals. White florals are an essential part of a fragrance wardrobe, even if they aren't your favorite note. They can be light and airy, as well as big and indolic.
