Rhubarb is a woody aromatic fragrance that launched in 2023. Created by Lyn Harris, it is a gorgeous tribute to rhubarb. "Inspired by the vegetable patch in my grandmother’s walled garden, where the vivid pink stalks stood sheltered under a canopy of green leaves. An image synonymous with the onset of spring and its rose-warm sunsets." – Lyn Harris. Stems of rhubarb have been fused with red fruits, rose water, a smudge of rosemary and a heart of orange flower absolute. This rests on a bed of juniper, cedar wood and vetiver grass and is finished with the zest of a lemon. With notes of red fruits, Sicilian lemon, Tunisian orange flower, Turkish rosewater, juniper wood, Atlas cedarwood and Haitian vetiver. Rhubarb is an eau de parfum, edp.
It was created by classically trained British perfumer, Lyn Harris who trained in Paris and Robertet Grasse before starting her career working with many acclaimed brands. She was one of the first female master perfumers to break into the industry. Lyn Harris founded Miller Harris in 2000 as well as founding Perfumer H in 2015. The laboratory and shop of Perfumer H are located in Marylebone, London and here each person is able to see how the perfumer works and experience the working laboratory.

Fragrantica: “I like this. It’s green and fresh while also having sour and tart fruitiness. poor projection and longevity though. Reminds me of early summer as a child. First day of summer break. Waking up and it’s super sunny and bright out. It’s very youthful and happy.”
Fragrantica: “When I feel confident or I want to feel confident, I wear Rhubarb. It is astringent in the best way - masculine and feminine at the same time (not "gender neutral" but BOTH masculine and feminine like a yin/yang manifestation). This brand is quickly becoming my favorite. Every one of these scents - even the ones I don't want to necessarily wear - are bangers. They are all soft but tenacious, natural but also somehow otherworldly, soulful but also corporeal. I think this is a rare brand that can please both the fragrance obsessed (like moi) and the "I don't wear scents" crowd. Rhubarb, to me, is mostly juniper and cedar with this light earthy sweetness - the vetiver, rose, and orange blossom just there enough to lighten it up. It's gorgeous.”
