SABRINA CARPENTER SWEET TOOTH CARAMEL DREAM REVIEWS
Fragrantica: I'm pleasantly surprised with this fragrance! It was a blind buy and the notes sounded wonderful, but as you know sometimes when you get a fragrance it still can be a miss. Well, luckily, not with this perfume - it was a love at first spray! Beautiful, cozy caramel mixed with chocolate and almond accords. Very good projection and longevity.
Fragrantica: Such a cute, cozy, creamy, dreamy scent! Perfect for the cozier months, for bed, or for just staying inside and wanting to smell delicious! I love the smoothness of this one as all the notes work beautifully together.
Fragrantica: I was surprised by how much I like this perfume. It's just as lovely as some of my $100+ fragrances. My skin plays nicely with woody, spicy, incense-type notes, and this patchouli-sandalwood scent is no different. I am pleased it's not overly sweet and has just the right amount of cocoa/chocolate. There are notes of vanilla, too, but the vanilla takes a backseat the chocolate notes and is similar to BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar. On my skin, it reminds me of the chocolate filling in a homemade baked chocolate pie balanced by creamy sandalwood and herby patchouli. I don't get the caramel notes, but I think it works out better that way. If the caramel was stronger, this perfume would probably be too sweet for my tastes. The longevity is decent at the time of writing (going on 2+ hours and I still smell it). I can see this fragrance being just right for late summer into fall and through winter, but I'll happily wear it year round.
Fragrantica: I was so worried about this because I love the original but i am nottt a fan of patchouli or orange but!!!!! I barely smell the orange and the patchouli is the most wearable patchouli I've ever smelled. It's definitely THERE but rather than being omnipresent and overpowering the other notes, it hides in the background and adds some body to the caramel marshmallow sweetness. the almond milk also blends perfectly with the chocolate which is often (for me at least) a love or hate note in something. Honestly it's exactly what a flanker should be, preserving the DNA of the original while carving its own identity on top of it.
Fragrantica: This is such a love for me. Everyone saying this doesn’t last but this lasts 8 hours on me, and on my clothes even longer. I got compliments from a lady after 6 hours of driving and she was a few feet away from me. She ordered it on the spot because she said it smelled so good! Sexy vanilla and caramel with the powdered cocoa dancing around, this is DELICIOUS.
Fragrantica: Damn, it’s good. Very gooey and gourmand. It has a very prominent lemon/citrus top note, which IMO sets this apart from other gourmands in my collection. I don’t get a bitter dark chocolate from this, but rather a milky, dense and rich milk chocolate with warm caramel at the base. And lots of sandalwood for added creaminess and depth. I get a little patchouli which just adds a little bit of chocolatey-ness to the base for me.
Fragrantica: This combination of vanilla, bitter chocolate,, caramel and patchouli with musky amber floating in the background reminds me of the sweet accords of the vanilla in Tobacco Vanille… I love it. This fragrance has a dry sweetness with woody earthy tones honestly this version is perfectly unisex at best.. Woody Gourmand is the best way to say it.. it’s balanced. Mildly sweet, woody & mature.. good job Sabrina.
Fragrantica: Love this! It has hints of the original, but it’s way more mellow and warm, but still super sweet. on first spray it’s bright and sweet, the almond milk gives it a creamy almond smell, almost like an icing that’s not /too/ sweet. It still has the caramel, amber and patchouli backing it up giving it some “body” and making it feel more balanced than the original Sweet Tooth (imo) I sprayed it on about 4 hours ago and can still smell it (and be smelled by others) it seems fairly inoffensive, but that’s not a bad thing. It feels like an older sister to the original Sweet Tooth. It smells like a dark chocolate cupcake with lots of icing and caramel drizzled on top. But not cloyingly sweet, especially when compared to the original Sweet Tooth. 8/10 imo I wish the performance was better. It reminds me some of Incredible Things by Taylor Swift! If you told me this has a Cashmere note in it, I'd believe you!
