This line was conceived by Béatrice Aguilar-Cassarà and inspired by her love of both fragrance and art. A formally-trained nose she collaborated with other perfumers to travel the world to source the best ingredients to create the five fragrances in this line. At this Spanish perfume house based in Barcelona, the fragrances are created first and then presented to visual artists who create an original work of art based on their olfactory experiences of the scents. Pigments used in the paints serve as the inspiration for the fragrance names.
Brun Sicilien was created by Alexandra Kosinksi. When the fragrance was presented to Béatrice Aguilar-Cassarà she got the sensation of riding along the unexplored roads of life where the excitement of adventure happens every morning – life in its purest and wildest sense. It features top notes of white flowers, jasmine and Sicilian mandarin; middle notes of leather, suede, black pepper, cardamom, heliotrope and musk; and base notes of amber, birch, Indonesian patchouli leaf and Madagascar vanilla. Brun Sicilien is an eau de parfum, edp.
This fragrance was limited to a run of 50 bottles.
