Estate Barn is a hay-forward animalic perfume wrapped in the warmest brown leather and driest woods. Very smooth notes of brown horse musk paired with worn leather tack and fluffy soft chick down meet a bold hay absolute tempered with subtle dry honeyed aged wood on a restrained base of Estate Vanilla and delicate earth and moss notes. The brown musk is smooth, clean, radiant and slightly sweet. The hay is bold upon initial application with the creamy animalic and aged brown leather notes quickly following. The fluffy down and sweet aspects of this fragrance tempers and smooths the more rugged elements. The earth, vanilla and woods combo also lends a soft burley tobacco quality to the hay absolute. The woods are primarily aged cypress and juniper. The leather is more apparent in the top phase and provides a bridge between the other notes. The primary features in heart to base are the hay and brown musk. Estate Barn wears fairly linear and the subtle moss only becomes detectable after many hours into the base phase.
