Estate Spirits is a very rich, deep, sweet, lightly spiced, heavy oak gourmand. Bold dark rum with a delicate orange peel bitters top note leads to sweet boozy rum soaked raisins and a fine full-bodied oak wood cask with traces of golden caramelized bourbon. Though no tobacco is present in this formula, a rich tobacco nuance accompanies the oak. A light spiced rum featuring a medley of clove, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and a touch of cinnamon is sweetened with sugarcane, dark molasses, buttered rum and a touch of vanilla liqueur atop a base of subtle amber and our long-lasting and robust Estate Vanilla.
