Atelier is a fragrance designed to be conducive to creative work. It is clean but not cloying and stimulating, but not distracting. Whether your studio is bathed in sunlight or you work in a dark closet hunched over a desk trying to finish that novel, Atelier invokes wide, clean floors, lofty ceilings and lofty ideas.
With notes of pensive elderflower and bright plumeria, it clears an inviting creative space within. A great floral scent for people who don't like floral scents.
Strange Fire & Fumery perfumes are indie, small batch handmade. This is a perfume oil.
Reddit: Oooh guys. This one. I didn't have high hopes for it because elderflower and plumeria aren't usually my jam, but the description got to me. This goes on super fresh, floral, cool, and calm. It smells like... really good shampoo? Very relaxing, stimulating. Like I just got out of the shower and it's spring time and all the windows of my house are open and a nice breeze is blowing through. Definitely saving this dram for spring. Throw was great on this, but longevity wasn't as good as the other scents, it was mostly gone within 3 or 4 hours. Rating: 5/5, a surprise hit!
Reddit: Plumeria toned down by a slightly green, slightly white scent (the elderflower, for sure). The plumeria is extremely nice and juicy, though, and doesn’t go into “frangipani” territory. I agree with the description that it is a floral for people who don’t like florals. Between this and Existential Dread, I’m thinking SF&F is good at this kind of scent. Who do I imagine wearing this? Someone who has their shit together but also will get brunch drunk on mimosas with you.
