Description

Strangers Parfumerie is a Thai perfume house that was founded by Prin Lomros in 2017 and inspired by his favorite memories, films and music. It is an experimental brand that offers uniquely composed, surprising scents that are both delightfully creative and supremely wearable. As well as being a trained perfumer, Lomros also teaches film making in a university in Bangkok. In addition to Strangers Parfumerie, he also launched Pryn Parfum (2016) and Parfum Prissana (2017) and created Bat and Sloth for Zoologist Perfumes. His perfumes are reflections of beautiful landscapes, dramatic stories and romantic characters.

Caffeine Honey is an Oriental vanilla fragrance that launched in 2021 and was created by Prin Lomros. Why does coffee make us feel so happy? Why do sweets make people mood better? What if you combine these two elements into one fragrance? Would it help you feel happier? The aroma of roasted black coffee from the coffee roaster wafts around the room. The olfactive note of hay, dried fruit, almond, and tobacco add to the sweetness coming from honey and caramelized popcorn. Caffeine Honey is the little brother of “Roasted Coffee Cigarette Whisky Come and Get Your Suede Honey Baby”. The differences between the two are subtle, but Caffeine Honey is softer, sweeter, no whisky or apricot, less smoky, and way more fun...Odds are, if you already crave Prin Lomros' other scents in this style (Roasted Coffee, SM Cafe, Cigar Rum), you are almost guaranteed to be struck by Caffeine Honey. Lomros has chosen to indulge even more by turning the honey and coffee notes way up, making them sweeter with popcorn, and warmer with amberwood, almond and vanilla. A warm, cuddly treat if we ever did find one, Caffeine Honey is sure to lift your spirits and indulge your sweet tooth. With notes of roasted coffee, honey, tobacco, hay, cade, vanilla, Ambroxan, patchouli, popcorn, musk, labdanum, cognac, amberwood and almond. Caffeine Honey is an eau de parfum, edp.

STRANGERS PARFUMERIE CAFFEINE HONEY REVIEWS

Fragrantica: Oooooo!!! That's nice on a man though! Sexy, elegant and rich!!! I want it for my husband, strong coffee at the beginning then wow booze, amber, warm, seductive! Really like it a lot, will be on my buying list

Fragrantica: Booze and cigars, cut hay drying in the sun, campfire coffee, and smoky, deep-hued raw honey. A gentleman cowboy; rustic, wry, and robust, with an intriguing air of melancholy.

Fragrantica: This really is exactly what the name implies: coffee and honey. It’s a nice combo that is backed up by ambery, smoky, boozy notes as a sophisticated afterthought. This is in fact very strong and long lasting but it might be because I accidentally poured three-quarters of my decant on myself. I’m a little sad I’ll probably only get one more use out of it because this is a unique scent that doesn’t remind me of any other perfumes. I will say it’s very limited to only one type of weather, I could NEVER wear this in spring or summer.

Fragrantica: One of the best coffee opening. Then change boozy honey tobacco scent with low-key coffee. Must try for the coffee lovers.

Fragrantica: Fittingly, there is a sweet, honeyed aspect blended with coffee, but there’s definitely some spice and intrigue—surely some tobacco, a little cognac, perhaps some of the suggested popcorn note, with its bit of butter and salt. It’s really an enjoyable mostly-gourmand ensemble that excels at not overwhelming in any one aspect—the sweet, the salty, the boozy, the tobacco, nor even the coffee itself, which is a bit more prominent in the opening than the dry down but remains part of an interesting mix throughout. I certainly recommend that fans of gourmands, coffee, and honey fragrances look into this, and I’ll have to put some thought into nabbing a bottle, as it seems to perform pretty well. 8 out of 10

Fragrantica: Oh my goodness. What a pleasant surprise this perfume was. Sweet coffee, like the smell of medium roast fresh beans - that sweet smell. I did get the honey note and the vanilla in the dry-down. I only got a small tester from Luckyscent, so I will be getting a full bottle of this. Wow.
