The Strange South Poor Dove features notes of silver fir, paper wings, tuberose, sugared lilacs, tonka bean and amber. It is a perfume oil.
The Strange South's perfumes are blended by hand and bottled in small batches. They are alcohol, paraben, phthalate, and cruelty-free; the only testing being on willing human subjects.
Reddit: A light and sweet floral scent, this starts out similar to Antebellum. The main difference is this is a bit powdery where I don't get that from Antebellum. I'm not sure what sugared lilacs are supposed to smell like, but I do get an almost candy sweetness in this scent that I would guess is from the sugared lilacs. It's a subtle sweetness, barely noticeable. The paper and silver fir are in the background and I can only pick up brief hints of them when I take a particularly long sniff. The powder completely disappears after a few minutes. My skin absolutely eats this scent up so I had to reapply it a few times.
Etsy: Poor Dove is earthy yet feminine. The amber keeps it from becoming overly floral. If you're a fan of feminine florals, take a gander at this one.
