Tom Ford Eau de Soleil Blanc is a crisp, radiant fragrance that is an even fresher, lighter and more summery EDT interpretation of Soleil Blanc EDP. It adds sparkling citrus notes to smooth the original's salty amber tones and takes a fragrance that you would wear to dream about the beach and transforms it into a scent you ought to wear on the beach itself. It is a sun-kissed coconut floral so evocative you can close your eyes and hear the waves lapping onto the shore.
Tom Ford Private Blend has released a prodigious number of fragrances, ranging from the amazing to the weird to the slightly kinky. Not all of them are masterpieces, but they usually are as interesting as Tom Ford.
From Influenster - A very sensuous blend of floral warmth, amber and sparkling citrus. It’s a strong scent and makes me feel like I’m around water, an ocean but still very sexy. It’s a beautiful combination. The packaging gives in more to the experience. I absolutely love it."
From Colognoisseur - "It is further ameliorated by the arrival of the floral heart still dominated by jasmine but in this formulation also matched by ylang-ylang. The latter ingredient provides a kind of unctuous floral effect which fits the whole suntan lotion vibe. What seals it into place is the coconut quality of Mme Gracia Cetto’s “Coco de Mer” accord. It is very reminiscent of many of the suntan lotions I smelled at the beach growing up in South Florida. It ends on a toasty accord of tonka and benzoin."
