Van Cleef & Arpels Gardenia Petale was launched in 2009 as part of the Collection Extraordinaire. Collection Extraordinaire was made up of six fragrances meant to pay homage to nature. Gardenia Petale has notes of lily-of-the-valley, jasmine and gardenia flowers. This is the eau de parfum, EDP.

I am mad about the gardenia and have been looking for the ultimate gardenia scent. This has been, so far, one of the best in my humble opinion. It is a very well blended fragrance and smells rounded. The creamy, luscious gardenia has a powedry, almost polleny dry down. Has good sillage and longevity and the soft scent of the gardenia goes on and on. It is pure bliss.
