Since Antiquity, wood has been a popular scented material. When talking about wood in perfumery, the most representative notes are cedar and sandalwood. Other popular woods include birch, pine, oud, guaiac and cypress. Natural woods are not the only ones used in perfumes; synthetic woods, or modern woods, are also being used. The fragrances in this sampler are more atmospheric to allow you to feel as though you are among the woods. All fragrances are considered unisex.
You will receive a 1/2ml sample (1ml sample vial filled half full) of each of the fragrances in this sampler.
- Ranger Station Santalum EDP - A take on a classic sandalwood-focused scent. To the nose, notes of sawdust, timber, and clove give a unique depth to the fragrance that evokes the serene enchantment of a walk through the forests of the Redwood National Parks. The dry, aromatic freshness of papyrus, palo santo, and amyris work in harmony with the spice of cardamom and amber resin to create a scent that’s seasonless and enticingly complex. With top notes of ambergris, papyrus and cedar; middle notes of amyris, clove and cardamom; and base notes of amber resin, musk and sandalwood. Small batch, hand-mixed to order, paraben-free.

With notes of labdanum, benzoin resin, vanilla absolute, creosote, frankincense, patchouli, cypress and cedarwood, gently infused in patchouli leaves, frankincense resin, creosote leaves and vanilla beans.
- Nui Cobalt Designs Dendrophilia: Love of Trees Perfume Oil - Moss-covered deadfall, birchwood and pine, lingering resins and sunlight through the leaves, a trace of woodsmoke, the memory of vetiver and cedar.
