Reddit: "Rich creamy ice cream and salted caramel, with undertones of candy and aquatic moss (the latter combination is what makes this scent really not do it for me personally). It's extremely summery and beachy and if you're up for sweet gourmands and very buttery vanillas, Dolphin Surge will absolutely be your jam. It's very Lisa Frank-esque."
