Cotton Candy is a light, sweet, sugary bit of magic! It was inspired by John Wharton, a candy maker from Nashville, Tennessee, who invented it in 1897. He introduced it to the world at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis and sold about 70,000 boxes of it for 25 cents a box which was a lot of money back in those days. It is made from sugar that is heated and spun into slim threads that look like a mass of cotton. Cotton Candy is a cologne.
