Pruning Shears has always been about the rose more than the bush or the shears. In this revision of Demeter's original scent, they made sure the rose stays the star with a fresh and light fragrance that centers on Bulgarian rose and all natural rose absolute.
Pruning Shears originally launched in 1998 and was created by Francis Kurkdjian. It is a cologne.
Demeter Pruning Shears Reviews
Demeter: "I was in love with the concept of this fragrance before I ever even smelled it, but I'm happy to report that the reality lives up to my expectations! The rose is, of course, deep and lovely, but it's the cold, lightly metallic tinge of the pruning shears that really makes this scent stand out."
Fragrantica: "This is a lovely green leaf and tea-rose scent, like a drier, more herbacious Tommy Girl, or a simple minimalist variation on a Rose de Rosine scent. It combines the fresh faintly waxy scent of torn yellow rose petals with a touch of the sweet fruity rose you get in rosehip tea or rose petal jam, and some green stemmy crispness. Quite pretty and a very good value for the price."
