Reddit: Initial Sniff: "What a unique concept and so appropriate for the festive season. The spruce tip is so photorealistic and fresh it instantly makes me feel like I'm christmas tree shopping at a farm. The shortbread note and pistachio isn't peeking through yet as this is all spruce tip. Drydown: The fresh, green spruce takes a huge step back (and I mean huge) and the shortbread note comes out. It's warm and buttery and the pistachio is extremely subtle. Without knowing of the pistachio note, I probably wouldn't be able to pick it out from the fragrance but I do think it lends an additional creaminess to the shortbread like most of the haus of gloi scents that have pistachio. The spruce gets reduced down to almost a minty note at this point. It's getting tougher and tougher for me to smell the fragrance as a whole as it feels like it's getting more subtle and more subdued by the minute. This could work well for a sleepy time scent since it sits very close to the skin."
Reddit: "Reminds me of a sweeter Lavender Shortbread by Mooscents. I don’t know what spruce smells like but I do love the herbal tone it provides here. It’s nice and refreshing. The pistachio I can’t really smell but I do sense a slight nuttiness to it. Finally, there’s the shortbread cookie, which is sweet, buttery and mellow. Very soothing, yet tasty scent and I surprisingly like wearing this to bed! 4/5."
