You will receive a set of five 1/2ml samples from the Laboratorio Olfattivo Viaggio in Italia line of fragrances. Viaggio in Italia is a set of five exceptional citrus fragrances created by master perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena, inspired by his love of Italy. Laboratorio Olfattivo is an Italian niche perfume brand founded in Turin, Italy, but it also has a store in Rome, with a global presence in over 40 countries. The brand was launched in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Roberto Drago and Daniela Caon. Laboratorio Olfattivo is an Italian company.
You'll receive a 1/2ml sample (a perfume vial filled half full) of each of the fragrances below:
- Arancia Rossa - Sunny blood orange with notes of orange flower, passionflower and clean musk. "In December, oranges are a gift of light, a message hinting at the end of winter, rebel fruits wearing the colour of summer." – Jean-Claude Ellena
- Bergamatto - A forever favorite of the perfumer's, bergamot originated in Italy by crossing a lemon tree with a bitter orange. Here the citrus that flavors Earl Grey tea stars in an elegant blend of Calabrian bergamot, bitter orange, cardamom and white musk.
- Limone - Inspired by a trip to the Amalfi Coast — a dramatic landscape of Mediterranean blue water, steep winding roads and terraced lemon groves. Bright and cheerful Italian lemon is stylishly elevated with ginger, orange leaf and white musk.
- Mandarino - When Jean-Claude Ellena wants to lend his fragrances a radiant smile, he reaches for "joyous" mandarin oil. Both simple and sophisticated, this award-winning composition of Italian mandarin, blackcurrant and white musk is not to be missed.
- Pompelmo - A celebration of grapefruit, from the fresh fruit to textural rind. The perfumer worked intentionally on both the lively and sour freshness of grapefruit, while highlighting its satisfyingly bitter dimensions.
