Aquatic fragrances are those that take inspiration from water, most usually the ocean. They are sometimes called “oceanic” or “marine” fragrances because of this. These fragrances will smell of the sea or ocean - the aquatic accord, salt, seaweed, etc.
You will receive a 1/2ml sample (1ml sample vial filled half full) of each of the fragrances in this sampler.
- Moonlight Cove Finery Seafoam Perfume Oil - Cool, salt water over the rocks dotted with barnacles; watching the water in its deep, blue-green hue forming a ridge of a wave moving toward the beach and changing to an arc of translucent, sparkling green with a crest of white as it crashes into the many towers and valleys of stone, swirling and swelling. A crisp, herbaceous-green, mossy, slightly salty and faintly earthy scent of frothy sea foam. With notes of sea water, herbaceous sweet sage, lavender, pale amber, sandalwood, citrus, green melon, hints of mint and earthy woods.
- Alchemic Muse Selkie Perfume Oil - The fresh, crisp scent of cool ocean spray floating on sea foam greens and salty air anchored by exotic, sun-bleached driftwood.
- Paranormal Perfumes Poseidon Perfume Oil - This morbidly beautiful creation was inspired by the God of the Sea, Poseidon. Base notes of stormy ocean water and sea salt are reminiscent of the deep, dark ocean. Middle notes of lightning and plum combine mysteriously together with top notes of dark musk to create a powerful, masculine scent. A deep, dark and mysterious scent that features notes of stormy ocean water, sea salt, lightning, plum and dark musk.
- Firebird Saltwater Perfume Oil - A more conceptual fragrance which is not to say it doesn't smell like its name. There is something unmistakably oceanic about it - a watery, ozonic quality and a touch of something salty and almost a little spicy, that brings to mind sand and driftwood and sea air. It's more like... a memory of the ocean. To put it simply - a non-floral, non-tropical ocean scent consisting of marine notes, cedar and myrtle, that softens and mellows on the skin and becomes ethereal and almost haunting. With notes of ocean water, salt air and driftwood.
- Demeter Kelp Cologne - A beautiful, blue-green fragrance adjusted between the elements of kelp and the elements of the sea. Inspired by hiking through and outside the Presidio, off the San Francisco Bay.
- Jeanne Arthes Viree en Mer EDP - Reminiscent of a sunny getaway in the Mediterranean, it mixes marine and aquatic notes with warm and sunny notes for a trip that is as exotic as it is refreshing. With top notes of lemon peel, lily of the valley and peach blossom; middle notes of sea notes, tiare flower and orange blossom; and base notes of solar notes, cedar, musk and amberwood.
- Alchemic Muse Tidepool Perfume Oil - Pools of crisp seawater surrounded by salt encrusted rock, white sand and grassy dunes.
- Alkemia Voyage en Mer Perfume Oil - Oceanic ozone, salt corroded metal, fresh sea breeze, dried seaweed, lime leaves, bergamot, spiced bay rum, vetiver and lavender infused amber.
- Wylde Ivy Black Sea Salt Cologne - Sea mist blowing over black sand shores, the mystery of the sea and the secrets held in its fathoms. Fresh salt soaked cypress, dried oud wood, marine minerals, sea salt and ocean air.
