From the Seasonal Collection, Sun Showers features notes of lawn clippings that have been rained on and then sun dried. The perfumer wanted to recreate the smell of her childhood in Central Florida, which experiences so many sun showers. This captures the vibe of a Florida neighborhood on a Saturday morning in summer. The lawns were all mowed in the morning, while the heat was still tolerable. Toward noon, a sun shower erupted, completely drenching the lawn clippings - but now it's 3 p.m., and the blazing hot sun has already baked them dry. Sun Showers is an eau de parfum, edp.

Reddit: "Green, dewy, lemon-like sweet (in that distinctively grassy way). This perfume probably smells exactly how you imagine it would! Starts off cool, drenched with water grass, then it transitions to a dried off grass. The dried grass stage doesn't turn hay-like. It stays a smooth smelling green and pleasant perfume from finish to end. Really, really like (my shooting star. Skin eats this up in under 2hrs. Makes my heart go doki doki. Reminds me of: my early childhood. Before I spent my teen years in the swamp, my family had a regular ol' lawn. Back then my brother & I weren't allowed inside the trailer 'til it was night. So we spent most of non-school time, outdoors. The opening reminds me of dewy mornings and the drydown reminds me of the warmed grass of the evening. It's very nostalgic!"
A Scent A Day: ITI: "Mmm, yeah’ that’s a great green scent, repleat with juicy lawn clippings that skew slightly vegetal over a lightly watered summer soil. The soil itself still smells a touch damp (just a touch), but it does indeed smell sun-warmed. Wet: Oh wow, this smells like ripe sugar snap peas, freshly mowed grass, and sun-warmed early summer garden soil. What a glorious green garden blend! Dry: Unfortunately, my skin positively eats it up."
