Reddit: Clean, freshly washed skin with a lingering scent of body wash. It’s vaguely fruity and fresh, but I don’t get any of the hyacinth or green leaves unless that’s what is contributing to the freshness. It lasts a long time on my skin, and while I can smell Poesie’s base a little bit, it does not overpower the notes. But it does sweeten the fragrance a bit more than I would like.
Reddit: This reminds me of something, it's on the tip of my tongue but I just can't access it, I hope it comes to me! definitely soapy-clean, so if you are not a laundry scent person, I can't imagine this will ring your bell. I am a big fan of fresh and clean scents, though, so I'm pleased! I melt a lot of wax and you can find tons of creative and interesting laundry blends in that scent world, but it's unusual to find perfumes with those notes...maybe people find it boring, not luxurious, I can think of a lot of reasons it wouldn't be appealing, but i was happy to see this one listed! I can pick up on a little greenery, but i'm not quite getting the Egyptian musk...not distinctly, at least. I LOVE Egyptian musk, so I wouldn't have minded that being a smidge stronger. I don't understand why this is, but there's something about this scent that brings to mind fizz...not soda-sweetness, that isn't there, but more like the fizz on unflavored sparkling water, it's the teeniest tiniest bit tart at first. As it sits, it settles down and that departs leaving behind all fresh and all clean...AND THE EGYPTIAN MUSK! It finally emerged for me after I'd had it on my skin for a bit. i like this, it's one of the only laundry-adjacent scents in my collection!
