So Vanilla is a citrus vanilla gourmand, with a seductive balance between fresh and warmth. It is reminiscent of shortbread pastry with vanilla-scented cream and a slice of mandarin. So Vanilla is so enveloping and so addictive. It features notes of vanilla, lemon flower, sweet orange, gingerbread and patchouli. So Vanilla is an eau de parfum, edp.
Fragrantica: They should have chosen a better name. So Vanilla??? If you didn’t read the notes, it would give the impression that it would be a strong, plain vanilla. It’s so much more than that. This is gonna knock Lira out of my collection and take its place as my favorite citrus-caramel-cake scent. The gingerbread note MAKES it. Not a spicy fragrance by any means though. Mouthwatering, round, smooth, and even more edible than Lira. Dulcis in Fundo also falls flat compared to this in my opinion.
Fragrantica: I’m surprised caramel is not one of that notes. This smells like an orangey butterscotch creamy candy. You smell the vanilla but this fragrance isn’t “so vanilla” it should be “so orange” or “so citrus” but it smells good.
Fragrantica: A grown-up gourmand, with all the elements instantly recognizable but dialed back and not sugary sweet. Citrus and a soft sprinkle of spice give this something extra without overpowering.
