Description

The scent of a bustling kitchen at the Manor alive with the sweet scents of fresh baked seasonal treats. Large windows bathe the kitchen and its array of copper and cast iron cookery with light. A basket of fresh-picked orchard fruits sits near the scullery, awaiting a quick rinse before being sliced for rich lattice-topped pies. Warm sugar-dusted sweets, pumpkin, flaky pastries filled with peach preserves, sugar cookies, caramel and vanilla combine with a touch of hay absolute, all embraced by a generous dose of sweet wood smoke to bring you the Manor's fall kitchen experience.

Kitchen is opens with a burst of sweet pumpkin followed by gentle baking spices. Juicy peach and a hint of frosting quickly follow with a warm buttery pastry and soft sugar cookies underneath. The wood smoke is generous but doesn't begin to emerge for about 15 to 20 minutes after application. It does get stronger as it warms on your skin and the fragrance begins to waft softly around you with the sweet wood smoke, baking spices and mouth-watering baked goods. Kitchen is warm and comforting and features notes of pumpkin, sugar cookies, peach preserves, spice breads,    danishes, caramel, vanilla and sweet wood smoke. Kitchen is an eau de parfum, edp.

Created by Angela St. John as part of a collection of fragrances based on the fictional town of Foxcroft, Maine.

SOLSTICE SCENTS KITCHEN REVIEWS

Reddit: The smokiness here is light and reminiscent of a newly lit wood-burning oven; I don’t like strongly smoky fragrances, so this was just right for me. The scent ended up wearing as a combination of pumpkin pie, a cream cheese Danish drizzled with caramel, and a *just* extinguished candle.

Reddit: First Impressions: What the yum. On: You're kinda hit with an incredibly complex scent with a lot of mixed foods at first on this one. Very warm, bright and cozy. Definitely get the spice bread and caramel-vanilla-sugar cookie sweetness combo but at no point is it "too sweet." After a few hours this does dilute down a bit to a mostly-pumpkin smell. The smoke is very quiet on this. Unisex and unique. Snuggling & coziness. 10/10

Sapphic Siren's Treasure Box: Kitchen is one of Solstice Scents most sought-after fall gourmand and a must-try for gourmand lovers from the brand Solstice Scents. It’s a fabulous pumpkin heavy blend, with a ton of tasty treats interwoven throughout the aroma journey. I first tried this scent as a fragrance novice, and it was a very sweet, warm, and buttery blend. With a trained nose able to detect every little nuance, I find Kitchen to be such a delightfully complex gourmand, with a lot of gorgeous turns. It’s like stepping into a bakery with a pile of baked goods wafting into the air. /This blend opens up with a hint of a fruity jam, followed by the lovely aroma of Spiced bread I smell a huff of cinnamon. Raw pumpkin begins to peek in from the kitchen, with the aroma of bread slathered in butter. The bread starts to transform into delightful pumpkin-flavored bread. Swirls of caramel rise to the surface. Whiffs of dry pumpkin return. As the blend dries down, the unmistakable aroma of cinnamon returns. and finishes off with a huff of vanilla.
