Description

Lace Draped Spectre is a hauntingly feminine blend of vanilla musk, spicy carnation and a hint of pink pepper essential oil, rose and white musk. The scent of an elegantly perfumed ivory lace shroud adorning the fleeting image of a mysterious visitor. Spicy vanilla accentuated with ethereal florals. The rose is very restrained and primarily detected just as a top note. The focus on the perfume is the clove-scented pink carnations and a vanilla medley. The fragrance also contains traces of a lovely Indian jasmine ruh. Lace Draped Spectre features notes of vanilla musk, spicy pink carnation, pink pepper, rose and white musk.

Created as part of a collection of fragrances based on the fictional town of Foxcroft, Maine, Lace Draped Spectre is an eau de parfum, edp.

SOLSTICE SCENTS LACE DRAPED SPECTRE REVIEWS

Fragrantica: I got a big box of fresh samples to test yesterday, and sniffing around the sprayers this one stood out immediately. Rich, amber coloured, spicy, honeyed...my type of scent! I was surprised to find carnation in there as I normally don't like it, but here to me it smells more like a spiced lily than a carnation. It does have an air of vintage around it but it's sweet and spicy in a modern way if that makes sense. Reminds me a lot of prairie nymph which I also loved. I think anything with dark juice that is honeyed and spicy will please me at this point

Fragrantica: LOVE this! Estate Carnation was a little much for me, but this is the kind of carnation I can really get into. It’s the (only slightly) spicy (tad bit) sweet florist-shop pink carnation with a little background rose and sweetened with vanilla. It softly radiates along my skin like the whisper soft caress of an unquiet ghost. There is something decidedly melancholy about this scent, something wistful and romantic, reminding one of times long past. Lace Draped Spectre is a beauty.

Fragrantica: Lace Draped Spectre is sweet as a gentle whisper, alluring in an innocent way like an unconscious caress on the skin ... barely there but hauntingly unforgettable. I love it! The vanilla gives a touch of sweetness to the carnation and soft musk with a tinge of spice in the background. The floral notes reign, the wonderful vanilla complements them and the pepper adds excitement! A beautiful scent that softly lingers on the skin for around 6 hours.

Reddit: This... This grew on me so fast, and is now one of my favorite perfumes. Holy shit. This is just so, so good. When I first tried it out, I took one whiff and went, 'oh! So THAT'S what a carnation smells like!' I was familiar with the smell of carnations, but had never really matched the smell to the flower, but this was so dead-on that there's really just no mistaking it. The connection was made instantly. It's a green, dewy, velvety, heady, smooth, non-powdery, lush-smelling flower, with just a hint of a spicy kick to it - which i'm sure is amped up by the pink pepper. The vanilla musk amps up that delicious carnation and makes the scent a bit humid and sweet. That's about all I can really, for-sure detect in this... But, god, I don't think it NEEDS anything else. It's SO GOOD. Got HELLA sillage and HELLA longevity - I put this on and can smell it all day. God. I have two 1mls of it and I hope they last me 'til fall. Seriously, it's so good. RATING: 6/5. This is a holy grail scent, bay-bee. I've had some good florals since, but this was the first good floral. This is the one that changed my mind about florals.
