The Riverside Hayride is a very atmospheric unisex fragrance. From their website: The Riverside Hayride is an annual nighttime outing that commences at full dark at Corvin's Apple Orchard. The hayride winds through the cemetery then hugs the north river until just past the Maine Moon Drive-In where the ride shifts to the left and continues past Oak Pond and Gunnerson's Pumpkin Patch, finally culminating at the Gibbon's Boarding School where the Bandstand Juniors are hosting a haunted house in the west wing of this formidable institution. Riverside Hayride opens with a potent blend of moss, wet dirt, stone and fallen leaves. White carnations, bare branches and hay quickly follow. A very subtle trace of pressed apples carried on the breeze from Corvin's Apple Orchard arrives after a few minutes of wear. As the blend settles on the skin, the strong earthy outdoors notes are tamed a bit, allowing for the white carnation, wood and hay notes to become more apparent. The apple top note disappears. A thin line of woodsmoke permeates the blend on the dry down. Riverside Hayride is a very literal earthy outdoors blend with dirty carnation and November wind. With notes of moist dirt, white carnations, fallen leaves, bare branches, hay and a hint of pressed apples carried on the breeze from Corvin's Apple Orchard. Riverside Hayride is an eau de parfum, edp.
Created by Angela St. John as part of a collection of fragrances based on the fictional town of Foxcroft, Maine. Riverside Hayride is an eau de parfum, edp.

Reddit: The smell in the air after rain on a warm spring day. The soil is wet beneath your feet, there is a hint of watery sweetness in the air, and golden musky and slightly smoky hay envelopes you.
Fragrantica: My favorite autumn atmospheric. Apple, woods, earth, a bit of smoke; simple and perfect. The EDP is more apple-forward as well as a bit lighter and less dank than the oil formulation, and the two layer together perfectly.
Fragrantica: This is another scent experience that changes as you wear. I first got hit with some heavy carnation and Apple. I’m not a huge fan of apple scents and I thought the carnation made it a little too feminine and old fashioned for me. But once those two notes faded (20-30 mins), it got really good. The wet soil and moss came through, like the wheels of the wagon kicking up dirt. The hay comes in as the main star eventually. The carnation becomes faint and the apple note turns into whiffs of warm apple cider(because of some faint spice, maybe the carnation??). There is also a cool fall air kind of feeling the the whole time. This would be an easy pick for Halloween or even Thanksgiving.
