What secrets are hidden deep within the woods? Journey through thorny thickets, over wild roots and muddy banks, and you’ll discover where the forest conceals her treasures. Wild scrub gives way to towering pine and oak. Sunlight filters through vaulted canopies above. Natural rhythms of the forest hum around you. Scents of sweet balsam, woody amber and rich vanilla pine fill your senses. In the calm of the forest, the rest of the world fades away. When the woods reveal her secrets, we listen. Prepare your senses for the journey. Let nature show you the way.
Green Walk is a unisex amber woody fragrance that takes you inside the woods where trees heal body and mind. In Japan, shirin-yoku, or "forest bathing", is ritual. In the woods, you move slowly, calmly, mindfully. You linger for hours, filling your senses with the forest as a tonic for the mind and body. Woody notes over a heart of sweet and spicy neroli blossoms and earthy vetiver offer the healing power of the forest. Green Walk has top notes of orange and grapefruit; middle notes of flint, pink pepper, geranium, pepper and patchouli; and base notes of vetiver, benzoin and Atlas cedar. It is an eau de parfum, edp.
Fragrantica: If you like Hermes Terre d'Hermes then you will also like Green Walk by The Woods Collection because they smell similar. I would definitely recommend Green Walk, Rasai Fatton and Cypress Cedar by Banana Republic for anyone that finds TDH as enjoyable as I do!
FragranceNet: This is a house I knew nothing about, but blind bought this fragrance based on the notes breakdown, and I'm so glad I did. Green Walk is an absolutely fantastic buy. It starts off bright with fresh citrus. I really don't get most of the middle notes, myself. The one that I can pick up is the patchouli, which takes the edge off the citrus opening. Finally a really beautiful vetiver and cedar mix dominates while some of the citrus manages to hang on, even into the dry down. The vetiver makes it lean masculine, but not overly so. This is definitely a unisex fragrance, and absolutely charming. I found longevity to be moderate. About 5-6 hours until it became a skin scent. Sillage was also moderate. Green Walk could be worn in any season in either day or night. I think I've found my new signature scent. I love this one!
